Still, people seem to have a little bit of a negative view on using them for commercial games. It is recommended to credit the developer within the game. Typically, Unity assets on the Unity Asset store can be used commercially. It is not unethical to use Unity assets from the Unity Asset store for commercial use unless it is specifically forbidden in the license agreement upon purchase. However, is there anything ethical about using them when your intent is to sell your game? I recall downloading many of the free ones that were available on the Unity Asset Store. I just want to make sure that I don't put all of this work in my game and trailer and then later find myself breaking some copyright laws or something like that. When you first begin your journey into game development, you are likely to use assets or at least be tempted to do so. I'm also assuming that when users post something on the Asset Store for purchase they have to agree to some terms such as allowing the buyers to use that product in their projects or something like that right?

I did find their website though and it does say "These music packs are exclusive to At My Desk Music, and can be used royalty free in your projects.".

This one in particular doesn't say anything.

Generally though, there's some sort of text explaining how the asset can be used for commercial use as often as you'd like in any projects as long as you don't resell the asset as your own and that it needs to be part of some sort of a product (or something like that). I'm working on building a trailer for my game and I'd like to use some of the music found here !/content/49626. I believe I already have the answer to this question, but I would like to double check or I guess ask for a second opinion.
